One element of our impact management process is to discover existing incentives. This allows our clients to understand the conditions that keep the status quo in place. We then evaluate how creating new incentives and creating a call to action can be game changers that create a better outcome.

Helping groups talk to each other, share knowledge and leverage their networks is a cornerstone of our services. We facilitate workshops, create formal learning expeditions and perform due diligence and impact evaluations through an inquiry and learning process. We help our clients reach out beyond their walls, in person and through a variety of multimedia channels to engage in open dialogue with their communities and learning partners.
